We are actively enrolling patients with chronic knee pain, osteoarthritis, and cartilage damage in FDA-regulated Phase II and III clinical trials. These studies explore new approaches — including injectable therapies, biological treatments, and surgical techniques — that may offer meaningful relief beyond what current standard care provides.

Participants may gain access to therapies not yet widely available, receive all study-related care at no cost, and be compensated for their time and travel.

We are enrolling patients with shoulder arthritis — a condition where the cartilage lining the shoulder joint gradually wears away, causing pain, stiffness, and a significant loss of range of motion. For many patients, standard treatments provide limited relief, and joint replacement feels like a step too far.

Our study investigates new approaches to managing shoulder arthritis that go beyond cortisone injections and physical therapy — offering participants early access to treatments currently unavailable outside of a research setting, at no cost.

Some of the most exciting research in orthopedics today involves cartilage — a tissue that, historically, the body struggles to repair on its own. Our studies investigate stem cell therapies, biological scaffolds, and other regenerative approaches that may change the long-term outlook for patients with cartilage injuries and joint disease.
